NOON  

NOON is a collection of six works written by Efthimis Filippou. These texts were selected by Filippou out of more than a dozen performance works in his non-filmic oeuvre. First presented between 2011 and 2021, these performance texts embody various forms: plays, film scenes, flash fictions, epistolary narratives, short stories, monologues, song lyrics, and so on. Translated from the Greek and published for the first time in English (two for the first time in any language), NOON is available as a limited edition box set (1000 hand-numbered copies) and eBook (coming soon), and includes the following works: Apologiae 4 & 5 (book one); Scenes (book two); Various Picks Petros (book three); Rob (book four); Haemata (book five); and Liver (book six).


Efthimis Filippou

Efthimis Filippou (b. 1977, Athens, Greece) is an author, playwright, screenwriter, and journalist. His works for the stage have been presented at the Athens Epidaurus Festival, the Greek National Opera, the National Theatre of Greece, Onassis Stegi, and elsewhere in Greece and beyond. His works for the screen have been awarded at such film festivals as Cannes and Venice, and nominated at the Oscars.
